Spinach-Mango Smoothie

Her favorite source of healthy nutrition comes from a green drink I make just about every morning. Loaded with spinach and sweetened with mango and orange, it is a fresh and invigorating way to start the day. Even the spicy notes from fresh ginger and fresh tumeric don’t deter her. She loves it!

Spinach-Mango Smoothie

1 cup frozen mango

2-3 generous cups baby spinach leaves

1 piece of fresh tumeric, peeled

1″ piece of fresh ginger, peeled

juice from 2 oranges

1 cup water


Combine everything in a blender and mix until smooth.  Serve over ice in a large glass.
