Oh la la! A Bonus GIVEAWAY!!

Everyone seems to l-o-v-e the reusable snack bags I wrote about last week.  They really are such a cute and eco-friendly way to transport healthy snacks while on the go.

Homemade Mother Sara H won a set of reusable snack bags from SnackTAXI, but now you have a chance to win a set from Itzy Ritzy.  I love Snack Happened bags by Itzy Ritzy because the zipper closure means they can hold so much more than just pretzels and grapes.  I’ve been using one as a little first-aid kit in the stroller, but it would also function nicely as a catch-all for Evie’s hair accessories or a case for Mack’s match-box cars when we go out to eat.

To enter for your chance to win a set of Snack Happened reusable snack bags by Itzy Ritzy, “like” Itzy Ritzy on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Itzy-Ritzy/18774899028) AND leave a comment that answers the question:

Other than food, what would you put in a reusable snack bag??

Contest ends on Thursday, June 16 at 11:59 pm.

  3. Laura says:

It’s funny – just after I saw this posting on your blog yesterday, I was thinking that I needed something to carry the set of magnetic letters that my son is currently obsessed with. We’re headed on a family vacation with lots of air/car travel, and I need something like a mini-version of a cloth diaper wet bag for little toys like this. Now you’ve got me thinking! 🙂

  4. Anika says:

I use mine sometimes to pack pills and vitamins when I go on vacay.

  5. Kathleen says:

I’m thinking an icepack for toddler bruises!

  6. Kelly Skony says:

I’d love a place for my daughter’s “butterflies” (read: pom poms) so she can bring them along with us and not try to poke a bunch into her small pockets.

  7. Paige says:

They would be great for keeping things dry at the beach (cell phone) or even great as a little wipes/1 diaper holder to throw in a stroller or bag really quick.

  8. Jessica says:

Maybe a place to throw my driver’s license, debit card and car keys. I could then throw it in the diaper bag on those quick shopping trips/grocery store run so I don’t have to bring my big purse. Thanks!

  9. Karine says:

    pacifiers

  10. Samantha says:

I used to have a little makeup pouch in my purse with all kinds of random things like a sewing kit, clear nail polish just in case, bobbie pins, a nail file, etc. This would be a good spot for those. But I really like the wipes idea.

  11. yeliz says:

    napkins and antibacterial gel

  12. Mandie says:

My daughter’s favorite thing to say now is “take it us” and she will hold whatever it is up to her cheek. This would be perfect for me to say, if it can fit in the bag, it can come with us. Whether it’s her sunglasses, a random Melissa and Doug pretend food, small book, crayon or anything else she decides to love at that moment.

  13. Amanda says:

They would be great to carry small pieces to Barbies and other dolls

  14. Carolyn Bonde says:

Sunscreen and bug spray…our essentials these days!

  15. Diana says:

These are so cute! I think they would be great to hold all my daughter’s feeding accessories like napkins and plastic utensils, plus our travel size sunscreen – those always seem to fall out of the pockets in my diaper bag…

  16. Andrea says:

I liked you on facbook. I would use these for travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand sanitizer.

  17. Andrea says:

(please forgive me if this is a duplicate post – my internet timed out and I am not sure if my entry went through)
I think these would be great for travel size hand sanitizer, lotions, diaper cream, etc.
I also liked you on facebook.

  18. Cate says:

    pacifier pouch for my purse

  19. Mindy says:

Fun little toys to keep my daughter entertained while out at dinner!

  20. Lisa says:

A “purse” to carry my things while I’m baby wearing. But I’m sure my daughter will steal them to use to keep her Squinkies in!

  21. Sheryl says:

Small toys that I’d want to bring along

  22. Samantha Harris says:

I would use them for all of my son’s teething toys we take with us when we go to restaurants/stores, etc.

  23. Vanessa says:

    Snack and cloth wipes

  24. Joline says:

I would use it for my son’s bib and silverware when we go out to eat.

  25. Cindy says:

These bags are so super cute! I just cleaned out the “disaster drawer” in my kiddos bathroom. The snack bags would be a perfect home for all of my daughters “hair doodles”.
Oh, I could use them in the bulk section at the grocery store as well, instead of all that plastic!

    • Maureen Smithe says:

I’ve heard about using old newspaper to clean glass, but for some reason I am worried that it is going to leave ink grime behind! I think I just need to take the plunge and give it a shot 🙂

  26. Jennifer E says:

I would use it to store my son’s little action men or crayons for when I need something to occupy him with while we are waiting for occupational therapy or in a restaurant.

  27. Tara says:

These would begreat for my son’s little cars and tractor toys that seem to get lost in my bag all the time.
