Homemade Mothering’s Green Cleaning Tips in the News

Some of my tricks for re-purposing common household staples were recently published in an article on Mint.com.  While I’m no fan of house cleaning, it actually becomes kinda fun when I experiment with new methods of taking care of common chores.  Products like vinegar, baking soda and banana peels take on a whole new life when given the chance to make your home sparkle and shine.

The best part about tidying up with homemade cleaning products is that everything is totally safe for my little ones.  I feel better knowing that the house is clean without using any harsh or dangerous chemicals.  Plus, I don’t have to worry about my kids getting under my kitchen sink and into my cleaning products!
