Body + Soul Magazine


I would like to strongly endorse this month’s issue of Body + Soul magazine. There is a feature with 25 new recipes to try, and all of them look so amazing and easy and healthy. I’ve made three so far this week and all have turned out delicious. Many of the recipes are vegetarian and those that aren’t can be easily converted for my non-meat eating friends.

The recipes are very loose and casual. There aren’t many specific measurements given — a dash of this, a sprinkling of that, etc — but that is how I prefer to cook so it works out wonderfully for me. Every recipe focuses on whole foods and simplicity — both of which we could all use more of in our diets.

The recipes are posted on-line, but I think the magazine does a better job of presenting the concept.
