Sweet Cream Blueberry Dip

We spent a night last weekend with my sister and her family at their new house.  It was nice to escape the city (and the noisy amateur fireworks blasting off every other minute), and the kids were so happy to run barefoot in the grass.  They love hanging out with their cousin, so much that little Vivian insisted on sleeping with him!  Cuuuute!

I don’t like showing up empty handed, so I brought some wine and homemade snacks for the adults and a little something special for the kids. This sweet blueberry dip was a treat perfect for little tummies.  I caught Vivian happily double dipping her crumbly graham cracker – ha!

Sweet Cream Blueberry Dip

8 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup frozen blueberries

Beat together the sour cream and cream cheese until light and fluffy.  Add sugar and whip to combine.  Stir in frozen blueberries.  Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Serve with graham crackers, sliced fruit, etc.
