I think I should write a book about all the things people don’t mention about pregnancy and childbirth. Sure, we’ve all heard about the weight gain and exhaustion, but no one ever bothered to warn me about the one thing that drives me nuts: post-pregnancy hair loss. About three months after I give birth, my hair starts falling out. In clumps. I don’t even like washing my hair because of the ensuing nest that gathers by the drain.
Ewwwwe.
All the hair I lost after Vivian’s birth is now starting to grow back, so I have a crown of awkward fuzz circling my hairline. Aside from the fact that it looks extremely uncute, the little hairs get in my face when I’m working out. It is annoying!
So, I was very happy to find the Sweaty Bands at the fitness studio I go to. The bright colors and cute patterns caught my eye, but it was the no-slip guarantee that really caught my attention. These headbands stay in place while I’m running on the treadmill, lifting weights, squatting, lunging, bicep curling and ab crunching. They also keep my hair back when I’m diaper changing, giving the kids a bath and making dinner. A perfect accessory for a fitness-focused mom like me.
I am obsessed with my Sweaty Bands. The kids love them, too, so I have to hide them or else I can’t find them when its time to go to the gym!

I looooove Sweaty bands too. I trained and ran my first marathon in them and they were awesome. First headband that would never slip off no matter how sweaty I got. They are a tad pricey but so worth it. I love the sparkle ones too; they are super cute. You are spot on.
