Milk Nursingwear Tiered Ruffle Dress

I love breastfeeding. It is a choice that works for me and my family, and the many benefits extend beyond my baby’s health. Breastfeeding is convenient, easy and free.  My life is easier because my baby’s food is always ready to serve.

For me, the hardest thing about breastfeeding is finding cooperative clothing.  For the year+ that I nurse my babies, I can’t wear clothing that will make it hard to feed on-the-go.  So, I was happy to stumble upon Milk Nursingwear.  It is a site full of cute, comfortable and affordable clothes designed for busy nursing mamas.

I wore the tiered ruffle nursing dress I received from Milk Nursingwear to Easter brunch. I was comfortable enough in the dress to chase the three big kids around, and the cute design made it easy for me to dress up and celebrate the day.  But, the best part about the dress is its smart milk-friendly design: the empire layer sneakily folds up, making discreet breastfeeding simple.  The dress even made feeding Ben easy to do while I sat in the car watching the kids play in the grass!

I’ve got my eye on Milk Nursingwear’s striped nursing dress – it will be perfect to wear this summer at the park. Perhaps it will be a treat for myself when the weather eventually (hopefully!) warms up!

I love Milk nursing wear. I just bought a red striped top at the Breastfeeding Center at my son’s two month checkup. It’s my only nursing top that isn’t a tank and I plan on purchasing more including that striped dress despite the price. I also like how discrete the top is for nursing. I nursed my son in the back of church and no one noticed as the panels are strategically placed. I also love Seraphine maternity dresses. They work well for nursing and you can wear for pregnancy and post partum for nursing.
